How It Works

Step 1 - Choose a Challenge

Search through our challenges to find one that works for you. We currently offer three different types of challenges.

Step 2 - Weigh-In

Initial weigh-ins can be submitted upto 72-hours before a challenge begins and upto 10 days into the game. These weigh-ins need to be verified by one of our officials. The official weigh-in consists of submitting two photos.

The first photo is taking from your perspective, while standing on a scale, looking down at your feet and the reading on the scale. Also to be included in this picture is your weigh-in phrase. This is a randomly generator phrase that ensure that your picture is a current picture. Write this word on a piece of paper and place it on the floor in view of your feet and the scale reading.

The second picture is a full body photo of yourself on the scale. You will have to make use of a mirror or have a friend take the picture for you. Wear light clothing in the photos, no nudity please.

Step 3 - Eat Healthy and Exercise

As an added bonus you will receive a free 1 week exercise routine from one of our partnered trainers and a free 1 week nutrition plan from one of our partnered nutritionists. Search through our partnered trainers and nutritionists to choose one that works for you.

Step 4 - Weigh-Out

At the end of your challenge or at the end of each month in the 3 and 6 month challenges you will have to do a final or round weigh-in(or "weigh-out") to confirm that you have completed the challenge. The weigh-out process is the exact same as the weigh-in process. You will have 72 hours from the challenge close date to submit your weight-out.

Step 5 - Win

When you complete your challenge and all final weigh-ins have been verified, the pot will be split amongst all the winners of the challenge. Finalizing the results typically take around 72 business days. Your winnings will be kept in your rewards section of the dashboard. You can choose to transfer out your winnings through PayPal or you can keep it in your account and use it to pay for future challenges.
